I was first referred to Solar Aircon by two friends on separate occasions, when I mentioned that the incumbent servicing company had been unsuccessful in resolving a persistent condensation problem.
The Solar team attempted to fix, failed but did not give up. The second solution worked, and management waived the first round of works! I switched over my maintenance contract.
Don’t expect world-class customer service (especially if language is a speed bump), but they work hard to get the job done right.
