Not sure what’s wrong with your aircon, or just want to know its condition before making a decision?
SACES carries out professional aircon inspections across Singapore. Our NEA-licensed technicians check your system thoroughly and give you a clear written report with their findings.
An aircon inspection is a standalone diagnostic check of your unit’s condition and performance.
Unlike regular servicing, no cleaning or maintenance work is carried out. The technician inspects key components, records findings, and advises on what, if anything needs attention.
You get a written report at the end of the visit. This gives you an objective picture of your unit’s condition before deciding on repairs, servicing, or replacement.
An aircon inspection is useful in any of these situations:
Our technician checks all major components of your aircon system.
Tell us the unit type, brand, approximate age, and any issues you have noticed.
An NEA-licensed technician arrives at your scheduled slot.
All key components inspected systematically: indoors and outdoors.
Technician documents findings. Photos provided where relevant.
You are advised on the condition of your unit and what next steps, if any, are warranted. No pressure to commit to additional work on the day.
If a repair or servicing is carried out on the same visit following the inspection, the inspection fee may be offset against the service charge. Ask us about this when booking.
We inspect all major residential and commercial aircon brands available in Singapore, including single-split, multi-split, ceiling cassette, and ducted systems.
Pre-purchase and pre-tenancy inspections are the most common requests for HDB and condo units. We carry out a full system check and provide a written condition report after every visit.
Larger properties typically have multiple units across floors. We inspect every unit in a single visit and give you one written report for the whole property.
Offices, shophouses, and F&B outlets benefit from regular condition checks to avoid unplanned downtime. We document each unit’s condition and advise on servicing or replacement needs.
SACES has been servicing aircon units across Singapore for over 30 years. Our technicians are licensed, experienced on all major brands, and assigned to your property consistently.

I always opt for the same person for my servicing as he very detail and provide good advise on how to maintain my air-conPosted on Google David TanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Professionals! If you ask the technicians, most have been with the company for a long time. I was first referred to Solar Aircon by two friends on separate occasions, when I mentioned that the incumbent servicing company had been unsuccessful in resolving a persistent condensation problem. The Solar team attempted to fix, failed but did not give up. The second solution worked, and management waived the first round of works! I switched over my maintenance contract. Don’t expect world-class customer service (especially if language is a speed bump), but they work hard to get the job done right. Note: For privacy purposes, I’m not including any photos of their works at my residencePosted on Google Cheen the CuriousTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An inspection is a diagnostic check: the technician assesses the condition of your unit and provides a report. No cleaning or maintenance work is done. Regular servicing (or a chemical wash) involves physical cleaning of the coils, filters, and drainage. Many customers book an inspection first to understand what their unit needs before deciding on service.
A standard inspection for one wall-mounted unit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Multi-unit inspections or commercial systems take longer depending on the number of units and system type.
Yes. The technician needs access to both the indoor unit and the outdoor compressor. We recommend being on-site for the report debrief as well, so you can ask questions directly.
Yes. Pre-purchase aircon inspections are one of our most common requests. We check the units and provide a written condition report. This is useful for negotiating repairs with the seller or setting realistic expectations before you complete the purchase.
Not automatically. The inspection visit is for assessment only. If a fault is found and you want it fixed on the same visit, let us know in advance when booking so we can allocate the right time and bring the necessary parts. There is no pressure to commit to any additional work on the day.
For most residential units, once a year is sufficient, ideally before the hottest months (April to September). For commercial systems or units under heavy use, twice a year is recommended. If you notice any performance issues between scheduled inspections, book a check as soon as possible.
Yes. We inspect wall-mounted single-split and multi-split systems, ceiling cassette units, and ducted systems for residential and commercial properties across Singapore. If you have a specialised or older system, contact us before booking and we will confirm whether we can service your unit type.
